Spam, sausage, kimchi, a red pot. That is budae-jjigae. Use aged kimchi and /recipes/kimchi-jjigae-restaurant-style as the sour backbone, then add the army-base pantry: spam, sausage, baked beans if you want them, a ramen nest last so it does not melt.
